Due to scheduling conflicts at Jib Lanes, NYCUSBC has had to cancel bowling on Father’s day June 19

Come out and bowl in our 97th Annual New York City USBC Championship. For the ladies, you can also bowl in our 93st Annual New York City Women’s Championship. The tournament will be going on the last three weekends in the month of June at Jib Lanes.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the New York City USBC Bowling Association, I would like to thank you for your support in this year’s Bowlers to Veterans Link Tournament for the Veterans of New York City and to research for Cancer Cure.
20 leagues participated this year. February weather was very good for us. Leagues weren’t canceled during the month. This made things nice. We had a total collection of $ 4136.00. The veterans and cancer research will each receive $ 1551.00 due to YOUR generosity. The prize fund for this tournament is $1034.00.

Once again, thank you for your generosity and we will be looking forward to an increase in participation next February.

The New York City USBC is accepting resumes for an Association Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our office. The Association Manager provides administrative support and coordination of services and staff (volunteers and clerical support, as applicable) necessary to comply with USBC (governing body) bylaws, policies and performance standards. This role includes the management and/or execution of all administrative/transactional activities required of the Association to maintain the Association’s charter with USBC (for example: financial management, member education and training related to league administration and procedures, league sanctioning, membership processing, and administrative reporting). In conjunction with the Association’s Board of Directors, bowling establishments and members, the Association Manager is responsible for promoting the sport of bowling through actions and develop programs to increase the organization’s membership base.
